The Role
As a Senior Account Manager at KISS, you will be instrumental in delivering our “white-glove service” to clients, ensuring every interaction is personalised, premium, and impactful. You’ll manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with our design team to ensure that every deliverable is of the highest quality and aligns with our clients’ visions.
This role demands a combination of strategic insight, attention to detail, and a passion for branding that goes beyond the ordinary. You’ll be the linchpin in ensuring that KISS continues to build lasting, meaningful relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining consistent, transparent communication to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deliver a white-glove service, tailoring your approach to each client’s unique needs and ensuring they feel valued at every stage of the project.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively address concerns, and manage expectations to maintain strong, trusting relationships.
Project Management:
- Oversee the entire client journey, from the initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate closely with the Design Director and design team to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Regularly update project management tools, keeping all details current and accessible for the team.
Team Leadership:
- Facilitate collaboration between the client and design teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Lead weekly check-ins and daily stand-ups to keep the team informed of priorities and progress.
- Encourage continuous professional development within your team, fostering a culture of growth and improvement
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables, ensuring they meet both the client’s brief and KISS’s high standards.
- Participate in creative critiques to ensure that all work is on track, aligned with the client’s vision, and innovative.
Proposal Development:
- Craft compelling, detailed proposals that clearly articulate the value KISS brings to each project, tailored to meet specific client goals.
- Work with the design and strategy teams to ensure proposals are both visually appealing and strategically sound.
New Brief Mining:
- Keeping your ear to the ground; continually listening for opportunities – Desktop research via LinkedIn and other relevant sources.
- Provide general support for mining initiatives with the founders.
What we’re looking for
Experience:
- Proven track record in account management within a branding or creative agency, with a strong understanding of brand strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing projects and client interactions.
- Proficiency with project management tools and an understanding of creative workflows.

What you’ll get from KISS
Compensation & Benefits:
- £35,000 – £40,000 salary reflective of experience
- 20 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with additional time off during the Christmas period and birthday day off
- A focus on professional development, with regular performance reviews and opportunities for growth
- This is a permanent and full-time position with 35 working hours per week
- Studio times 9:30 to 5:30 with one hour lunch break
- On-going evolving perks such as Classpass, Work and Roam
- On-going training with subsidised training courses

- A hybrid working model with 3 days minimum spent in our riverside studio in Leeds.
